CAD Design/Drawing
After gathering all the necessary specifications, our experienced design team will begin tailoring truss solutions for you. We will create detailed CAD drawings that clearly show the structure, layout, and dimensions of your products. These visuals not only help you see exactly what to expect but also allow us to fine-tune every detail before production begins.
Whether it's the concert stage truss structure or the aluminum alloy display screen bracket, we ensure that the design scheme can perfectly match your project and technical needs.
Detail Confirmation
Before moving into production, we are committed to a comprehensive detail confirmation. In this crucial step, our sales, designers, and you will collaboratively review all custom product drawings. We will carefully go over every detail, such as sizes, materials, surface finishes, colors, and load capacity, to ensure they are all precise and accurate.
Quotation & Order
After design confirmation, we will provide a detailed and transparent quotation, which includes:
· Accurate price based on size, material, and order quantity
· Expected lead time
· Transportation mode and cost
· Optional services (such as customized logo, trial setup, etc.)
In Production
All aluminum alloy trusses are produced in-house at GF-Truss’s own factory, using advanced equipment and strict quality control system. We produce all the products strictly according to the confirmed drawings. Each product meets international standards and guarantee high strength, durability, and precision.

Product Inspection

Trial Assembly
We offer trial assembly as an extra service based on your requirements. Before shipping, we can assemble your customized product at our factory. This allows you to witness the final result firsthand, verify the structure, connections, and overall dimensions and visual presentation. A trial assembly can help us identify and resolve any potential installation problems in advance.
