4+4 Milling Machine
Welded components will undergo a high-precision processing using CNC (Numerical Control Equipment), including drilling, deburring, and grinding. This process not only improves the surface quality of the product, but also guarantees that the dimensions of each component match precisely.

Precision Welding Process
Welding is important in constructing load-bearing truss structures, which are essential for the safety and stability of buildings and bridges. Skilled welders can adjust the welding current, speed, and temperature to match the specific requirements of each component.

The test was performed on a 12-meter span of 290*290mm spigot truss. It was pushed to its limits to evaluate its performance under different weight conditions. The results were consistently no damage or collapse across every single test.
Center Point Load: The truss easily handled a concentrated weight of 350 kg at its very center. This proves it can support heavy, single-point loads like a large speaker or a heavy light fixture exactly where you need it.
Two/Three/Four Points Loads: In these tests, the truss was loaded with a total of 450 kg at two points, and then again with 450 kg at three points, and even 500 kg at four points. It passed all these tests without damage shows its ability to safely support multiple pieces of equipment spread across its length.
Distributed Load: We conducted a challenging test by evenly distributing a total weight of 600 kg across a 12-meter span. This uniform weight distribution created even stress, allowing us to evaluate performance under challenging situations. |
