Over the last few months, preparing for the TÜV SÜD assessment became part of our day-to-day work. After completing the review, GF-Truss has been certified to EN ISO 3834-2, with Factory Production Control (FPC) verified under EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3.

Not every improvement in manufacturing is visible
Customers see the finished aluminum truss, aluminum stage platforms or LED wall support systems. They don't always see the work behind it, such as reviewing welding procedures, documenting production records, training personnel or refining inspection processes. Yet these are the details that determine whether a structure performs consistently, project after project.
Over the past several months, our team has been working closely with TÜV SÜD to complete a comprehensive review of our manufacturing system. We're pleased to share that GF-Truss has now been certified to EN ISO 3834-2, with Factory Production Control (FPC) verified in accordance with EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3.

GF-Truss welding procedures are independently verified by TÜV SÜD.
More Than a Certificate
The certification covers EN ISO 3834-2, which focuses on welding quality requirements, together with Factory Production Control (FPC) under EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3 for structural aluminum products.
For manufacturers, these standards are closely connected to the way products are built rather than simply how they look when they're finished. They cover areas such as welding management, process control, production records and quality verification throughout fabrication.
Having these systems independently assessed by TÜV SÜD provides another level of assurance, both for our own team and for customers who require products manufactured in accordance with recognized European standards.
Why It Matters
A customer usually judges a truss after it's installed. We have to think about it much earlier than that.
There's a lot happening before a shipment leaves our factory. Welds are inspected, dimensions are checked, components are assembled and production records are reviewed. None of this is particularly visible once the product arrives on site, but it's part of the routine that helps us keep every order consistent.
Completing the TÜV SÜD certification was an opportunity to review those processes in detail and confirm that they meet the relevant European standards.

Built Around Continuous Improvement
The certified procedures are already being applied across the production of our aluminum trusses, stage platforms and LED wall support systems. As new projects move into production, we'll continue reviewing our processes, improving documentation where necessary and looking for practical ways to make day-to-day operations more efficient.
Manufacturing is built on thousands of small decisions made every day. This certification marks an important milestone for GF-Truss, but it's also part of a much longer process of improving how we design, fabricate and deliver structural solutions for customers around the world.
