From May 28 to 31, the industry's focus shifts to the Canton Fair Complex for Prolight + Sound Guangzhou 2026. At Booth 9.1D68, GF-Truss is moving beyond basic aluminum frames. This year, we are bridging the gap between heavy-duty structural engineering and automated stage machinery, showcasing a new era of "intelligent support."
Precision Without the Mess: The Shift to Mega Hydraulic Structures
Inspired by the industry's demand for massive, high-load roof systems, we have developed our new Hydraulic Truss Structures. While hydraulic systems have long been the standard for heavy lifting, we recognized a growing need for something more precise, and easier to maintain.
Our Hydraulic Truss system is designed for synchronized, multi-point lifting of heavy-duty roofs. Unlike traditional methods, these structures offer millimeter-level accuracy in height adjustment. We've focused on the "synchronized motion control", ensuring that whether you are lifting a 10-ton lighting rig or a massive roof canopy, every point moves in perfect harmony.
Innovation in Versatility: 2-in-1 Support for Flexible LED Panels
Addressing a significant gap in the current market for specialized flexible screen rigging, GF-Truss has engineered a high-versatility 2-in-1 Universal Beam System. This system is uniquely designed to function as both a Hanging Beam and a Stacking Ground Beam within a single integrated unit.
Unlike traditional single-purpose frames, our dual-purpose solution is fully compatible with the diverse articulation requirements of flexible LED modules. Whether your design needs a tight concave curve or a sweeping convex wave, this adjustable connection accommodates various panel angles, providing a stable, unified foundation for both flown and ground-supported creative displays.
The Backbone of Motion: LED Wall Support for 3D Kinetic LED Screen
Our LED wall support can also be customized for 3D Kinetic LED Screens. Standard LED wall supports often fail to meet the stability and depth requirements of modern 3D kinetic displays. GF-Truss has implemented three critical upgrades to our LED Wall Support for 3D Kinetic LED Screen:
1. Widened Base
To account for the dynamic center of gravity shifts inherent in 3D movement, we have increased the width of the structural base. This ensures maximum stability even when multiple LED tiles are extended at full stroke.
2. Shortened Crossbars
The widened base allows for the simultaneous mounting of two parallel ladder trusses on a single foundation. By doubling the vertical supports, we have effectively increased the density of the entire "skeleton." This high-density configuration allows us to shorten the crossbars between the back frames. When the 3D kinetic panels are operating, this structure can remain a much more rigid and stable matrix.
3. Extended Quick Lock
Unlike standard LED panels, 3D kinetic modules carry significantly more volume. To accommodate this increased depth and ensure a secure connection across larger-volume modules, we have extended the length of our quick-lock rods. This design ensures that the locking mechanism can penetrate and secure the bulkier frames used in large-scale kinetic arrays.
Stability You Can Trust: Experience the GF-Truss Difference in Person
We don't just build truss; we build the confidence that your show will go on safely and look spectacular.
GF-Truss sincerely invites you to join us at Booth 9.1D68 to get a "behind-the-scenes" look at these technologies. Our technical team will be on hand to discuss load-bearing charts, and how these systems can be customized for your specific touring or installation needs.
