3m Custom Aluminum Star Truss for Exhibition and Stage Lighting

This 550*1500mm truss is designed by GF-Truss for large events that require extreme loads. Under the span of 40 m, its maximum carrying capacity can reach 6,500 kg, which can meet the needs of high-intensity, large-scale stage and performance aluminum truss structures. It is made of high-strength aluminum alloy 6082-T6. The main tube uses ø100×8 mm round tube, and the vice tube and brace tube all use 80×80×5 mm square tube, which effectively improves the overall rigidity and stability.

This is a 290x290mm Aluminum Spigot Box Truss. The thickness of the main tubes is ⌀50×3.0mm, while the vice tubes and the brace braces are ⌀20×2.0mm. The pins and R-clip connection system ensures a quick and secure assembly, saving you valuable time on-site. It is a perfect solution for advertising displays or hanging lights. 

305x305mm Aluminum Bolt Box Truss is constructed of main tube(⌀50×3.0mm), vice tubes(⌀50×2.0mm) and brace tubes (⌀25×2.0mm). The two ends are designed with two thick aluminum plates ensuring a more stable and reliable structure. The recommended load-bearing span is within 14 meters. 

This 400x600mm Aluminum Bolt Box Truss is designed with two-sided brace tubes, commonly used for beams. Both ends are welded with aluminum plates, which can enhance the overall strength and stability. It can also be customized with four-sided brace tubes or X-shaped reinforcement in main tubes to accommodate higher load requirements. 

This aluminum circular spigot truss forms a complete ring with a 4m outside diameter. It consists of four curved sections with a 290 x 290mm square cross section and conical spigot connections. It is assembled from 290 x 290mm spigot truss sections for stage lighting exhibition displays and suspended decoration. The 3m measurement refers to its circumscribed diameter. Overall size segment arrangement connection layout and finish can be adapted following technical drawing approval.
