Fabrication Procedure

4+4 Milling Machine
CNC Machining allows us to cut, drill, and mill aluminum components with high accuracy. Every movement of the cutting tool is computer-controlled, so the parts come out consistent and within tight tolerances. It is easily for CNC machining to create complex shapes that would be difficult or impossible to achieve manually.

Precision Welding Process
While machines handle precision cutting and bending, the final assembly depends on skilled manual welding. Our experienced welders carefully join each aluminum component, ensuring strong, clean, and durable connections. Every weld is checked for consistency to make sure the finished truss can handle heavy loads without risk.
TÜV Certification

Our 400x400mm spigot aluminum truss has passed tests by TÜV Rheinland. These tests checked its ability to support weight, ensure safety, and remain stable in tough conditions.
We tested a 16-meter-long truss with different loads, including center point, two-point, three-point, four-point, and fully distributed loads. The toughest test had an evenly distributed load of 800 kg to mimic extreme real-world use.
