TÜV SÜD Auditor Visits GF-Truss for CE Certification Review

This week, GF-Truss welcomed a TÜV SÜD auditor to our factory for a thorough CE certification documentation review. The audit covered material traceability, welding records, and structural calculation files. It also included a review of our key product ranges, such as the 290×290mm aluminum truss, the 390×390mm square truss, and the 400×400mm heavy-duty box truss. This visit is a major step in strengthening our commitment to compliant and safe aluminum truss systems for events. 

Enhancing Aluminum Truss Welding Quality Control for EN 1090-3 Compliance 

During the inspection, the auditor provided detailed technical guidance on aluminum truss welding quality control. Our welding team received expert advice on weld uniformity, penetration depth, and heat-affected zone control. These aspects are critical for manufacturing aluminum truss for events while maintaining strong structural performance. These insights are important in helping us maintain our aluminum trusses in compliance with CE standards. 

Load-Capacity Testing and Aluminum Truss Weight-Per-Meter Evaluation 

The auditor also reviewed our engineering documentation for aluminum truss weight per meter and load-capacity testing across different truss models. The assessment included bending capacity, point-load performance, and connection-node testing for our 290mm, 390mm, and 400mm series. Reliable weight and load data makes it easier for our customers to pick the right truss for LED walls, concert stages, trade show booth, or any other structural setup.
