Q: How many hinge blocks do I need to raise a truss pillar?
A: You only need exactly 1 hinge block per pillar. The hinge block is installed between the base plate and the first truss segment. It functions as a single-axis pivot. During setup, you only bolt one side of the hinge block to allow the tower to stand upright. Once the tower is fully vertical, you secure the remaining bolts on the opposite side to lock the entire column rigidly in place.
