However, despite the rapid development of screen technology, the support system for these applications is still limited.

When Standard LED Wall Support Systems Are No Longer Enough
At present, there are very few LED wall support systems on the market specially designed for OLED screen walls. Most existing LED screen ground support systems are designed for straight layouts or simple curved LED wall support, so they are not suitable for continuous wavy designs. The ground support structure is more challenging. Many venues are not allowed to be suspended or have strict restrictions on load-bearing, while traditional LED wall ground supports are usually large in volume, take up space and have more restrictions. For OLED display walls, there is an obvious gap between the design idea and the actual construction.

Instead of developing a new system from scratch, it is better to adjust the mature LED wall support structural principle to meet the specific needs of OLED screens. The core goal is to achieve a balance between modelling freedom, structural stability and on-site operability.
Critical Structural Decision-making
The first challenge is the flexibility of the ground layout. The system abandons the traditional overall ground beam and adopts a split beam scheme, which is divided into two large and small beams from a single ground beam. This allows the support structure to be adjusted more freely, and it is easier to follow the geometric shapes of curved surfaces and wavy screens without making compromises on visual design. The core structure is mainly based on GF-Truss mature curved LED wall ground support. Unlike the common large-area bases on the market, our flexible screen bracket significantly reduces the footprint and lowers the limitation that OLED screen panels are difficult to shape flexibly.
The system is composed of ground beams, adjustable bases, ladder trusses, telescopic crossbars, telescopic diagonal brace and quick locks/screw locks. The telescopic crossbar is firmly connected to the adjacent ladder trusses, making the screen wall structure a unified whole. The telescopic diagonal brace is combined with the adjustable base and ladder truss to form a stable triangular load-bearing structure. This configuration is more stable when supporting complex LED screen shapes.
