Fabrication Procedure
CNC Cutting
We use advanced, computer-controlled machines to cut our raw materials with incredible accuracy. CNC technology eliminates human error, allowing us to achieve exact dimensions and smooth edges every single time. It uses computer-controlled programs to cut each aluminum tube and plate with millimeter-level accuracy. CNC machining allows us to ensure what we deliver is not just sturdy and dependable but also made to the highest standards of quality.
Automatic Welding
After cutting the aluminum tubes, the following step is to unite them using automated welding. We use automatic welding machines to make precise and even welds on every joint of our trusses. This process can make strong and consistent connections of the trusses, making the structure more durable. It also improves the load-bearing strength and keeps the trusses stable, even in tough conditions.
Powder Coating
Powder coating not only enhances the appearance of our products, but it also coats them with a strong layer of protection. This makes our aluminum trusses suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, even under demanding weather conditions. We use the cross-hatch test to confirm the coating's endurance. As we can see in the image, the coating adheres strongly and won’t chip or flake. This test guarantees that the finish on our products is not just on the surface but is part of the product itself.
