Fabrication Procedure
Material Selection and Cutting Preparation
Our automatic material cutting machine improves efficiency and accuracy during production. Once the specifications are set, the system measures and cuts aluminum tubes to the required lengths without manual intervention. This reduces waste and keeps every piece uniform, which is critical when assembling large truss structures.
Tube Welding
The aluminum tube welding machine is designed to provide robust, uniform welds on single aluminum tube . With automated welding, it ensures that every connection is uniform and free from weak points. It also works faster, making it ideal for high-volume production while maintaining reliability. After welding, each tube will be inspected to check its quality.
Powder Coating
All GF-Truss products are shipped in their natural aluminum finish. If you prefer a black finish , we offer professional powder coating services upon request. During the coating process, a fine layer of powder is sprayed evenly onto the aluminum surface. The coated parts are then baked at high temperatures in a controlled oven, allowing the powder to melt and bond tightly with the aluminum. Even if the truss surface gets scratched during use, the coating stays attached and does not peel or flake off.
