Aluminum square 400×600mm box truss is designed with two-sided brace tubes, commonly used for beams. Both ends are welded with aluminum plates, which can enhance the overall strength and stability. It can also be customized with four-sided brace tubes or X-shaped reinforcement in main tubes to accommodate higher load requirements.

Fabrication Procedure

Material Selection and Cutting Preparation
Every project begins with careful material selection. The strength and stability of the truss rely heavily on the quality of the aluminum. Once the materials arrive, each tube is inspected to confirm its thickness, hardness, and surface quality. Then we will start cutting preparation. The machine automatically cuts each aluminum tube to the exact length needed by setting the data previously. This automated approach ensures consistency and minimizes human error.

4+4 Milling Machine
Welded components will undergo a high-precision processing using CNC (Numerical Control Equipment), including drilling, deburring, and grinding. This process not only improves the surface quality of the product, but also guarantees that the dimensions of each component match precisely.

Precision Welding Process
Welding is essential for shaping a truss. Skilled welders adjust the welding current, speed, and temperature to meet specific product requirements. This ensures consistent welds and strong structures. After each section is completed, welders will inspect the welds to check for strength and uniformity.

This ceiling screen structure uses 400×600mm box trusses for support. Each section is connected with spigot joints and locking pins, which keeps the assembly secure and the frame aligned. The 400×600mm box trusses are equipped with reinforced aluminum plates at both ends. These plates make the ends stronger and keep the joints stable. In this setup, a steel frame is fixed to the trusses. The LED panels are mounted on the steel frame, and slings connect the frame to the trusses. They help connect each truss section more tightly. With this design, the trusses can carry LED panels, lighting rigs safely. This bolt truss ceiling structure is widely used in studios, exhibition halls, and tourist attractions. It provides a reliable base for hanging heavy LED screens. Its strong build and stable design make it ideal for large-scale event setups. |
